It consists of a double bedroom (or two beds), a bathroom with shower (toiletries included) and a living room with a double sofa bed and kitchenette (hob with 4 electric rings, oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, American coffee machine, kettle).
Terracotta floors and ceilings with wooden beams. Beautiful pavilion equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.
The flat is also equipped with heating, air conditioning, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, smoke detector.
A wine tasting is included in the price.
The holiday home has 8 comfortable flats furnished in Tuscan style, all with private terraces, terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings. The house is surrounded by a 7000-square-metre garden with swimming pool (20x8 m, open from May to October, depth: 1.4 to 3.0 metres) with hydro-massage corner, table tennis table, children's playground, outdoor barbecue and bocce court.
Twice a week the owner cooks typical Tuscan dishes for his guests, which can be enjoyed in a large communal dining room equipped with satellite TV, books and board games.

The typical Tuscan farmhouse is situated in a very beautiful and quiet location. It is situated on a hill and is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, which turn the landscape into a colourful and wonderful spectacle in every season. Thanks to its central location, the property is an ideal starting point for excursions to Florence (80 km), Pisa (50 km), Lucca (70 km), Volterra (20 km) or San Gimignano (30 km).
