The location was perfect for spending the night before going up to the 7 Rila Lakes. The place looked modern and clean. There were restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance.
The beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable for us. The room with 2 double beds had no AC so the window was kept open for air and barking dogs were heard all night. The room with 3 beds had AC but we couldn't find the remote till the morning so we had to sleep in uncomfortable heat at the end of June. To the owners - please leave the AC remote underneath the AC, next to the TV remote so people don't have to suffer.

Very kind host(s). Beautiful terrace and balcony. Great room with AC. Very very clean, even the remotes were packed in foil, I personally am very particular with the hygiene, so I was very happy. We booked late on the evening and arrived minutes later. This was not a problem at all. Check in within a couple of minutes, the host wished us a good stay and left. You have to be respectful with the noise, as you have to be anywhere if you ask me, but we didn't have to suppress our fun. (We still had rather silent balcony conversations until 2AM and did not hear that to be a problem)
Location was very nice. Everything in the area was walkable. But yeah, it wasn't a very big village. Enough parking spaces also!
By our opinion:
The ventilation in our room could be better. The curtains were a bit thin and didn't cover the whole window haha.

Everything was awesome! The location is close to the city center, there is a stocked grocery shop 2 min from the house. It was a clean, warm, very welcoming and calming place.
