The open planned living/kitchen/dining area upstairs opens out to a large deck with amazing views directly over the bay. You cannot help but relax and unwind when you are sitting out enjoying the sun (or you can use the remote control awnings to provide some shade). There's ducted heating, air conditioning and ceiling fans. A fully equipped laundry with washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing facilities and ducted vacuum. The house is well zoned for 2 families with 2 bedrooms, a living room and bathroom upstairs and then 2 bedrooms, a living room and bathroom downstairs. The outdoor area is another highlight, with a children's haven set down some steep steps into the backyard. It features a cubby house with slide over it and sand pit, and a large inground trampoline. All of this is tucked privately behind remote control security gates and is alarm protected.
