This is such a charming little studio apartment—simple, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the bus terminal, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area.
The town is only a short stroll away, with beautiful harbour views along the way. We also enjoyed a wonderful boat ride, which offered fantastic views back towards the town and is definitely a must-do during your stay.
There are plenty of convenient food options right outside the apartment, including a bakery, pizza and burgers, while a great selection of restaurants is just a short walk away.
The apartment itself has a very comfortable bed, a good-sized bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, tea and coffee facilities—everything needed for a comfortable stay. ( and a good air conditioner)
What truly made our visit special, however, was the wonderful host, Tatiana. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming and kind, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
With its convenient location, comfortable amenities, memorable boat ride and exceptional host, this is a lovely place to stay. I would happily recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Soggiorno piacevole e struttura accogliente. La camera era pulita e confortevole, la signora gentile e disponibile. Buona posizione e servizi all’altezza delle aspettative. Nel complesso, un’esperienza positiva. Consigliato!

Gospođa koja nam je izdavala apartman je izrazito ljubazna :)
Da dodam, toliko su obratili pažnju na sitnice, svega ima!! Od blendera, tostera, mogućnosti pravljenja svih vrsta kafe, do sitnica za higijenu...
I da, dočekao nas je rashlađen apartman sa hladnom vodom u frižideru!!!!

Todo! El apartamento es perfecto, con todos los detalles y bien equipado para pasar los días que quieras, la cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para tu estancia, la cama es cómoda, el baño nuevo. Todo el apartamento estaba súper limpio, la habitación fresquita cuando llegamos tras la ola de calor que había en la calle, el frigo estaba encendido para poder refrigerar tu bebida según llegues. Tatiana la dueña es súper detallista, amable y simpática. Antes de irnos nos regaló dos imanes pintados por ella que me hicieron mucha ilusión. Rovinj es una ciudad preciosa y con apartamentos así en pleno centro es una maravilla pasar la estancia. Muchas gracias por todo!!!
