The villa itself, it gets a 7.5/10 for the following reasons: - Rooms are soberly decorated but clean and enough closet space - However, it is not clear why some rooms have 1 towel, others 2 towels and whether the towels on the 'rack' are clean - The fake grass mats constantly fly off in the wind and into the swimming pool - The laundry rack never gets any sun - The pool was not clean despite mail that the pool man came every week (the 2 other pools in the neighbouring villas were clean) - One cooking fire did not work - A dirty dirty broken tefal pan that was just a health hazard was present (after complaining, it was exchanged) However, I would never book here again because of the way this establishment treats its guests.

The handling and booking gets a 0/10 for the following reasons: - The mention of the 500€ deposit is only in the small print and not in the description of the villa itself - When booking, the expected arrival time was immediately given by us - Impersonal standard message where each time the check-in time is asked and immediately a whole price list is given as well as immediately the threat of the deposit is given and it must be paid on time - When asked to give the details for payment of the deposit, another request is made as to when to check in (was given when booking was made) - After payment of the deposit and confirmation of receipt, another aggressive automatic e-mail followed, imposing numerous conditions that had never been sent before, such as that if the villa was not left 'clean', a cleaning fee would be deducted from the deposit (note: the cupboard with the cleaning products is locked), that the rubbish had to be taken out on set days (without any extra rubbish bags), etc.; then another automatic e-mail where the deposit was asked for yet again - E-mail that we need to give the names of the guests staying, and no other guests are allowed. If the villa is for 10 people we are allowed to be there with 10… - The deposit had to be refunded within a week, after 1 week no refund; after sending a reminder I did get a refund. - In the villa is a whole price list of what everything costs (glass, chair, etc); however, there is no check on what is present and total arbitrariness thus for the deposit. Overall score is 3,75 /10 due to the aggressive and not guest friendly communication.

nice big pool and new modern apartment

Weill it started with trying to leave a deposit which they wanted through revolut which was very stressful. the place is not the easiest to find and in a very awkward part of the road which to us 45 mins to find. back door would not lock which I had to adjust for that too happen . another door to the ensuite in a bedroom would not shut so had to do my own adjusting again . washing machine could not use as it leaked plenty of water . tv was always an issue trying to get a channel signal . pool cleaners attending the pool while we are using it very embarrassing . very close to other neighbours/renters which they can be loud and overlook your own privacy in the pool area . this feedback is honest and something the owners need to work on , but the appartments itself being modern and new with a big pool to fit 30 people is very nice

Very beautiful and modern villa, featuring a spacious kitchen and comfortable rooms. The location is not central, but super quiet. That was one of the reasons we chose Lyons and we did not regret it :) Would definitely recommend to friends and family and will consider again in the future!

Checkout at 10am was too early; never had a checkout at 10am before. Owner asked for 500 euro deposit instead of the listed 300 euro; was not a problem for us and they refunded it immediately on check-out, yet it was a bit on a short notice which we thought was a bit odd.

It was a nice experience with family...Place is good well kept ...

The property facilities were exceptional, all very clean and the hostess was very kind and helpful. we have spent our Saturday evening relaxed inside cooking and playing pool. parking not a problem. would definitely recommend. also ideal for families with small children because it's a very safe place.
