Ładny wystrój, wszystkie potrzebne akcesoria kuchenne i łazienkowe, suszarka do ubrań która się przydała bo strasznie padało
Były trzy łóżka ale pościelono tylko dwa, co oznaczało, że dwie osoby musiały spać w jednym łóżku, a celowo szukałam apartamentu z trzema osobnymi łóżkami. Za przygotowanie trzeciego łóżka trzeba było dopłacić 10 euro. Nie było tej informacji podanej wcześniej co uważam za nadużycie. Po godzinie 18 nie było kontaktu z nikim z apartamentu, a mieliśmy spory problem ze znalezieniem tego miejsca. Przydałoby się więcej zdjęć i punktów orientacyjnych, bo bardzo ciężko było trafić, zwłaszcza że było już ciemno i padał rzęsisty deszcz. Gospodarz zażądał w ramach zameldowania do obiektu wysłania przez internet zdjęć dowodów osobistych i zdjęcia twarzy, a kiedy nie chciałam się na to zgodzić z obawy o bezpieczeństwo tych danych, dowiedziałam się że to warunek Konieczny żeby otrzymać klucze do mieszkania. Musiałam więc je wysłać. Wiem że we Włoszech trzeba podać na policję dane osób wynajmujących, ale trzeba je sprawdzić i spisać osobiście a nie żądać wysłania ich przez internet. Wiem bo często do Włoch jeżdżę i nigdy nikt nie kazał mi udostępniać danych wrażliwych przez internet.

The location of the apartment is at 10-15 min walk from Milano Centrale. To get to the city center although it was a bit far. There is a walking distance of 10-15 min to the metro station and from there the city center is in 4 stops. The apartment itself was clean and well equipped with everything needed. The use of the elevator was a bit of experience as it is very old and if you are with luggages, it is only permitted one person with one luggage to enter and to get to the fifth floor where the apartment is located.
As mentioned, the only cons we had was with the use of the elevator and also that there is no balcony.

I booked the place primarily due to the proximity to the railway station. That and the self-check were about the only things meeting expectations. We got there quite late in the evening and were able to check in by following the provided intructions without issue. The place was clean and matched the photos as well.
The elevator did not work. We had received detailed intructions about the apparently finicky elevator that we ended up not needing. We had to carry our luggage up 5 flights of stairs. We were only there for 1 night. The host was not resposive at the time. The elevator was working the next morning so I'm not sure if they turn it off at night or if it was fixed earlier in the morning. At least we didn't have to carry the luggage downstairs as well.
