We stayed here for one night and were satisfied with the room and the location of the apartment - right next to the station, on a spacious, safe street and close to a metro stop!
Unfortunately, after a comfortable night's sleep, we had quite a stressful morning.
Check-in is done in advance through a third-party site, as is the door-opening system, which also works via phone. This site has a dedicated page with all the essential information about the hotel, written by the host - from the Wi-Fi password to the check-out time, which was listed as 11:00 the next morning (I have a screenshot).
At 10:00, I had a very unpleasant encounter with the hotel's cleaning staff: she told us very aggressively to leave the room immediately, saying that she does not care about the information on the site (I showed her the page), that check-out was actually at 10:00, and that we were already late to leave - all of this while I am visibly eight months pregnant, and it is physically impossible and stressful for me to organise everything with such a short notice :'( She called the host to complain about us, and the host explained that the information on the site was out of date (though there was no way for us to guess that). The hosts were very polite via phone, which we appreciate, but the experience with the staff really ruined our overall stay, unfortunately.

The location was very good, close to the station .The apartment was clean and comfortable.everything worked as it should..
There's not enough signage outside so people know they are the right building. I didn't like having to use my phone to access the apartment.
On our arrival when entering the lift and pressing floor 4 it would not allow us to ascend. We had to knock on the door next to the lift not knowing whose door it was. The gentleman didn't speak any English but seemed to understand and told us to go in the lift then it worked.

Very nice and clean, great location
Unable to operate the air conditioning as the owner has it set that way, room fat to warm and uncomfortable unable to sleep at night
