This was a family vacation and we had loads of fun. The property is located on the beach and the full balcony was terrific for meals, games and the search for dolphins! The kitchen had what we needed to cook for the week. It wasn't noisy and no issues during our stay.

This was our second time to stay in this unit. We love the location, unit is very spacious and has everything we need. They provide all of the information you need prior to arriving and for departure using their app. This time we had a problem with the A/C unit- I notified them on Saturday and it was resolved on Tuesday- luckily the weather was cooler so we didn’t really need it. Everything was clean but I would say maybe the living area furniture could use a deep cleaning. We love all of the options for seating outside! We can easily watch the sun rise and set from there. Hope to return in the future.

Was originally booked in Unit 208, that had sofa sleeper, was contacted day before check in and was told unit would not be ready was switched to 605 no sleeper, I asked for compensation for my inconvenience got no reply very disappointed. So much for common courtesy

Nice condo, great beach location
Very comfortable and spacious for our family of 4. We had everything we needed. The beach is very accessible. Walk downstairs and across the walkway and you’re there. The chair/umbrella is great and the pool is great when the seaweed is bad (often on our visit).

Good time
This is the third time we have stayed at the Surf Dweller. The condo was nice and there were no issues. The other condos at SD we stayed at in the past offered more of the little things such as beach towels and things of that nature which were nice. But overall it was an enjoyable stay and we will come back.

Awesome Place With Beautiful Views
Everything about this condo was perfect, from booking to check in to check out. The condo was clean, and obviously well cared for. The view is almost indescribably beautiful. The floorplan is open and airy, the beds are extremely comfortable. We loved it!

Quick Getaway
The condo was awesome and larger than it appeared in the pictures. The cleaning crew was finished earlier than our check in and we were contacted by management allowing us to check in early. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed.

The booking, location, facility and communication were all very easy. The app they provide has all the information you will need. My communication with the office before and during our stay was responded to quickly and professionally. The condo was clean and spacious, as pictured on the site. All of that aside the view from this place is perfect. We were lucky enough to be there when there was a lot of activity in the ocean (dolphins, birds and rays) and we could sit and watch it all! If we come back to this area we would definitely try to book this place again!

We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy our place was. We especially enjoyed the large balcony. Our view was incredible, and there was plenty of room for all of us!
The one problem was not enough blankets for the couch bed. We called housekeeping and got it taken care of fairly quickly.

Our 3 generation family stayed here for a week in September and we couldn’t be more pleased. This condo on the second floor has everything .
