The ad/description of the hotel matched the accommodation. The staff was always kind and we really appreciated the breakfast on the terrace each morning. We read about plumbing issues in other reviews and did have very leaky fixtures in the bathroom.
The room was less soundproof than we hoped.

Great place! Friendly staff, comfy beds, and a nice location. It’s easy to walk to all the Gokulam places, and a tuktuk is always nearby. We loved Raccoon, and will definitely come back here!

Nice staff, great common areas including an open air rooftop kitchen. Safe neighborhood with many university students & restaurants. Working refrigerator in common area.
Room was small, toilet (plastic) didn't always operate correctly. Room was a bit dingy around the edges.

Based on the rating ie.8.1, I have booked the room but it was not to the extent. As the name says it is not a hotel, it is only rooms.
No intercom fissility in the room, because of that I could not get in touch with room service. Complimentary breakfast in only an eyewash.
