The hotel was a great location: close to the west beach, eateries, shops etc. The hotel prearranged transfers from/to the airport, which went very well. Roof top bar and pool were great. Meals too at the hotel were great too.
No blockout curtains. Plantation blinds look great but are useless at darkening the bedroom at night.

Fantastic location, staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and beautifully decorated. We ate in the restaurant 3 times as the food was lovely and special thanks to our waiter Ronald and the rest of the team as they do work so hard to make the hotel a wonderful place to stay at. Room service and house keeping was great too. Thank you Feliz hotel for a brilliant week and we would definitely come back in the future.
Would have liked more healthy options for breakfast such as more variety of fruits. I sometimes find it hard to eat rice, chicken and pork dishes for breakfast. The rooftop pool needs maintenance around the pool area but this didn't affect our stay.

We stayed at Feliz for 6 days and 5 nights and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel looks just like the pictures, and the customer service was excellent throughout our stay. Our room was lovely, with a spacious bathroom, and the breakfast was magnifique, there was a different menu each day, which we really enjoyed.
What stood out most was how warmly the staff interacted with guests and how attentive they were. Overall, everything was great from the moment they picked us up to the time we checked out. We would definitely recommend Feliz and would love to come back.
The fitness center could have been better, as a few of the machines were out of order. That said, it didn’t affect our overall stay.

We had an amazing stay at Feliz Hotel Boracay. The staff were incredibly warm, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel location is excellent since it’s only a short walk to the beach and located in D’Mall, the center for shopping and restaurants. The rooftop pool was also one of our favorite spots, especially during sunset. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel. We will surely stay here again.
