The receptionist provided a lot of information. She told us about: buses, prices, maps, good places around to take a walk, cafes, street art. Famous heritage places are nearby, bus stop is in front of the hotel. The room was regularly cleaned.
Noisy neighbors and the internet didn't work most of the times. It seems it doesn't reach some rooms a little far from the spot.

Very friendly and accommodating staff and hotel's permanent resident. The location is great. Walking distance to everywhere you would like to explore as a traveller in Georgetown. It is quiet at night for a good rest. There's a 24 hours convenience store nearby. I enjoyed observing life and activities surrounding the hotel especially in the night.
It is outdated and not as clean as I would like it. There is no private parking.
