I was declined in a different place because I was late, the location was very convinrent and the price was adéquate given the circumstances.
The room is clean and cosy, it could be a really nice option for a couple as well.
For my purpose it was very good.

Ottima posizione, parcheggio in strada ma comodo. Zona ricca di negozi, ristoranti e tutte le comodità. Si trova vicino alla stazione e poco distante dal mare di Pescara . Zona silenziosa. Al nostro arrivo in camera abbiamo trovato caffè in capsule pronte per l'utilizzo e buoni per la colazione al bar . La colazione è un cappuccio e cornetto ma di ampia scelta e il bar si trova a 50 metri più o meno .
Unica nota dolente del mio soggiorno è stato il letto scomodo. Un peccato perché il posto è veramente una buona soluzione per una vacanza senza tante pretese.

Camera e terrazzino con stendibiancheria. Carina ed ampia .
bagno privato all’esterno della camera . Per me va specificato altrimenti bisogna differenziare tra bagno in camera e bagno privato . Sullo stesso pianerottolo ma sempre all’esterno . Bagno senza chiave ! Quindi non ti potevi nemmeno chiuderti nel bagno . Host praticamente assente . Irraggiungibile alle telefonate e risposte ai messaggi con ritardi di 4/6 ore . Non lo consiglierei .
