More than anything else I loved all the staff members, the two gentlemen and we two ladies, charming, engaging, and above all professional. We kept Shabbat and were worried and a bit embarrassed to ask the staff all the time if they could help us (even though it was confirmed by the hotel manager) but the staff members did it so naturally with so much tact, honestly I was impressed. A warm and friendly Hotel.
We liked everything but we missed some green leaves a bit, cucumber and tomatoes at the breakfast. The crepes, croissants and cheeses and bread were of very good quality.

Since we are keeping shabbat, the staff was wonderful in helping with everything, I was not able to note the names, but two gentlemen and two ladies showed so much care and friendliness that we felt really welcome. Overall we also enjoyed the breakfast, the efficiency of the staff and how clean everything was.
We heard complaints from our friends in other nearby hotels (a little cheaper though) and were proud to share our good experience.
It is not so much about not liking, but we were missing some green food like green leaves, cucumber and tomatoes. But the croissants, baguettes and cheeses were of great taste.

Friendly staff
Staff should be more professional. I was not given the room that I have booked and when I asked for a refund (it was 50%) more expensive, I was just offered the breakfast for free (which was very basic)
