Great location. Beautiful view . Clean
Many problems we had were dealt with .
Lack communication. Without water for 10 hours . Gate broke so couldn't take car out . Said there was a BQ . Was an open fire with no wood or coal. Stated hot tub . No hot tub it was cold . Many lights didn't work . Left a charger by accident . Messaged on the day . Cleaner would have picked it up . Couldn't seem to find it ???
When we arrived no one to greet and deal us about area or about house . Originally booked another Villa and was changed by the company. They should have never changed my booking . I could see the other villa looked better . Unprofessional. Don't normally complain .
We still loved our stay and area . House was lovely . Just when you pay good money don't need all the problems. Maintenance is important .
