Beautiful spot, right in downtown, parking easy, lots of room. St johns is wonderful.
No water pressure in upstairs master bedroom, mold at bottom of shower all around tile, needs to be cleaned and caulked. A few spots with plaster not sanded or painted, and down stairs balcony inaccessible due to plaster. Host was a bit unreasonable, dried stains on sheets when we got there and charged me for a $130 cleaning fee. Also I mistaken check out time from 10 to 11 and he charged me $50 without a warning when i explained my situation. Ive stayed in plenty of vacation rentals and hosts have been very reasonable.
