Location and position in the park itself , it was detached and had space around it from the other chalets . Also there was plenty of parking near the chalet . It was very quiet and clean . We primarily used it as a base to visit places in Dartmouth
Perhaps more info about buses and park and ride
Just a couple of issues , the toilet cistern kept refilling , think it is a water pressure issue ? Perhaps you could look at this Ray
Also perhaps the vacuum cleaner could have been emptied and cleaned? Otherwise really good

The property was clean and well equipped.
The location and parking on site was good.
The owner was friendly and helpful.
Food essentials were well received.
A very small double bed,ok for two very slim people.
A bigger saucepan would have been useful.

Great location, and really great hosts.
Very outdated property, broken blinds and curtains don’t block the light from coming in so not easy to sleep past sunrise. Oven was filthy, carpets need cleaning and sofas too. Beds were uncomfortable. However on the plus side, they had all the kitchen utensils needed and great instruction folder. There were dead bugs on bedroom carpet, and no toilet paper. But the shower was excellent.
