Hayborough beach Oliver’s reef, is a short 300m stroll with stair access to the beach to reach the sand and water. And pet-friendly.
The Upstairs -
* features captivating sea views from the large windows off the entertaining areas
* includes the open plan kitchen with huge breakfast bar, where you can enjoy a morning coffee, share a meal in the dining space and relax in the lounge area watching the flat screen TV and DVD player.
* The gas BBQ is located on the deck so you can cook up a feast whilst enjoying the views and ocean air.
* NEW Carpet just laid in all the Bedrooms.
The master queen bedroom on the top floor includes a TV and wardrobes for your storage
* The second bedroom has a brand new King bed or alternatively 2x split (long) single beds, with built-in wardrobe. Just let me know what you prefer.
* A recently renovated 3-way bathroom is convenient and also includes a spa bath for more relaxation.
Downstairs offers
* another large living area with TV & kitchenette and includes 2 sets of bunks.
* The queen bedroom has built-in storage and has shared access to the downstairs bathroom.

We had an amazing stay, thank you! We had the huge balcony door open with the sea air coming in, coffees and eating on the balcony, and being so close to the sea for walks was perfect! Lovely being able to sit on the balcony and see the sea. Inside - the beds were very comfortable upstairs. Lots of room for the kids downstairs and the table tennis table was used a lot. Thank you for our Breezes stay !!

The size and location of the house was awesome. We had 2 families with children of all ages. There was plenty of room and everything we needed.
