Breakfast was amazing! Room with balcony and shadow, comfortable bed.

Good size room with separate entrance, room is basically clean. Breakfast was good in general. Location was perfect for visiting the zoo, it's 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Staff was very polite and friendly too.
We booked the Comfort Plus room type, which stated that it has high-speed internet with streaming service. However, the entrance of the room is actually located on the outside, behind the main building, and without WiFi signal :( The streaming service (Netflix) on the TV was of course not possible. After speaking with the assistant on WhatsApp, we were told that WiFi is not available for Comfort Plus room type, all that the assistant could do was to forward my feedback/complaint to the front desk staff, but I did not hear anything further until we checked-out.
The room we were in is right behind the bar area, we could hear knocking noise through the common-wall until late evening (11pm), this was extremely annoying. The acoustic isolation could be better for a room that is basically on the outside.
