Location & restaurant food (but unfortunately not the service).

Rooms are way too small. Staff is cold and inattentive.

On my route so a stop for an overnight

Very small room Distance to car park Entrance and exit Road is narrow, unfortunately some of the incoming guests think they are on a racetrack, no room to pull over. Needs thinking about as this will put me off staying again, mostly I presume late for their conference when we left at 8.40 Very dusty Venetian blinds. Restaurant is expensive with very small portions, looks lovely as a work of art. Quite a cool building as in cold! Very clinical, just not our taste.

Wonderful location in a forest and green surroundings. Very quite and beautiful place

Upon arrival the airco didn’t work properly and they propose to change the room with a more expensive one on the other side of the complex. We went away for a few hours and in the evening we could make the move ( packing everything in again). While unpacking in the new room they called on the phone telling us that we need to go back to our old room the next day cause a group will come and they need the upgrade room. Very unpleasant. The manager didn’t agree with the decision of the receptionist. The next day in the evening, after a tiring day on conference, we need to pack again and move back to the small room. Very inconsiderate. Business is more important than clients. They showed us first some rooms in the basement, dark and with people walking in from of the window, and the taco was also not functioning properly. So we went back to the initial room. The result was that we lived from a suitcase for 3 days, cause no time for packing and unpacking again. And no shower gel in the upgrade room. Upon arrival on the last day, the door of the room was wide open. It was really shocking. All our belongings ) IPad , iPhone , IPods, cash, etc) could just disappear without any trace. Very unpleasant and upsetting. We got a gift in shampoo, body cream and shower gel doe the inconvenience, but I woud rather get a good service, considering the money payed/night. Plus the normal rooms are extremely small and suffocating, and the window doesn’t open completely. So with an airco not functional, we had a sauna for 3 nights at a high price. So pity. Breakfast 20 eur/person/night 😩
