Location, facilities, people were friendly, the food was nice, there are bicycles to rent and cycle around.
The room design was a bit too dark, and not very cozy.

Swimming pool temp is too low and there are no blackout curtains.

Location is beautiful. The hotel also is quite nice looking
We paid for the bigger room, where the pictures showed a lot of windows and light
It was a dark room with very few windows. No terrace. Shower was very inconvenient. Dead flies all around the windows.
I don't understand why we had to pay more for such an inconvenient room.
