Hotel & Resort Sant'Anna Del Volterraio

We loved the location, the property is beautiful. the staff were very kind and professional. They bring you any kind of coffee you want at breakfast. The restaurant in the property is absolutely amazing, i really recommend. The cleaning staff is great aswell, they keep your room clean every day, you don't even have to ask.

The breakfast was OK. There wasn't a whole lot of choices for food, could have had more options in my opinion. But all the food they did have, was delicious. They require you to wear a swimming cap in the pool which was odd.

The location with the terrace very nice! Also friendly staff and really good food at the giardini.

No airco, appartments were very hot. Also paying for the swimming Pool is not something we expect for a place like this.

The bar and the restaurant is great. Good value for money .

There was no A/C, just a poor fan. It was extremely hot in the room during the night. We travelled with 2 kids and a small dog. The apartment was very tiny, the kids were sleeping in the kitchen on a sofabed which was not prepared (bedded) for them when we arrived late in the evening. The apartment was also dirty, not properly cleaned. We found used tissues below the sofabed. We have to pay extra for everything, eg 30 eur p/p for a week for the use of the outdoor swimming pool which could only be used when wearing swimming caps which is a stupid rule. The staff was not friendly at all. There was no wine glasses, neither hairdryer in the apartment. Both are elementary for us.
