The hotel facilities and rooms are modern and comfortable. There is a good range of food in terms of restaurants and buffet options.
The staff are hit and miss, some are amazing and some seem completely un interested.

The most of all we liked the food! Very delicious and good variety! Facilities are also remarkable as well as the sea view rooms. Music is very nice, smth like smooth jazz. It is clean and tidy! In general it is great place to stay in Antalya!!!
The only thing what wondered that the staff at the main restaurant sometimes ignorant. I was standing at the bar for 5 min while staff was just talking to each other and didn’t ask me if I want something like I was a ghost until I asked them for attention. Another thing , the lifeguard at the sea not paying attention to the people in the waters but to his phone.

Second time staying at this hotel. Overall, everything was very comfortable and met our expectations.
Despite it being high season and the hotel being quite busy, there was always plenty of space available at breakfast. The selection was excellent, and everything was fresh and tasty. We also really enjoyed the food at Pablito restaurant, as well as the fast and efficient service. Please note that the rooftop restaurant has a dress code.
There are always clean towels available both by the pool and at the beach, and bars are conveniently located throughout the hotel. The hotel also occasionally hosts live jazz performances, which was a nice addition to the overall atmosphere.
As for the downsides, for the second time I noticed the same issue with housekeeping: during cleaning, wine glasses, cups, and drinking glasses are sometimes removed from the room and not replaced, so you have to ask for them to be brought back. Occasionally, the coffee capsules for the in-room coffee machine are not replenished either. However, these minor issues are always resolved quickly with a phone call or by speaking directly to the housekeeping staff.
