The staff was so friendly! Every staff person was so helpful!

It didn’t have an elevator/lift, but still the staff was helpful in getting our luggage to the second floor.

Good location near the waterfront

Door keypad entry system was annoying. Grumpy, bolshy night watchman didn’t want to let us in when doors locked at 10:30pm.
