Font D'Argent Canillo

Nous avons passé une très belle nuit à l’hôtel Font D’Argent Canillo et nous en gardons une excellente impression. L’établissement est très agréable et l’ensemble du personnel est particulièrement gentil, professionnel et respectueux. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et nous avons vraiment apprécié la qualité du service. mais je le dis avec une attention particulière pour nous. car nous avons bien échangé par message avec l’établissement.

Le seul point négatif concerne la connexion Wi-Fi dans notre chambre (410), qui ne fonctionnait malheureusement pas. C’était assez gênant pour nous, car nous avions besoin de travailler le soir

Chambre spacieuse et aucun bruit ne filtrait de l'extérieur

Problème avec les interrupteurs. Un seul fonctionnait de chaque côté de la tête du lit pour une lumière au plafond. Pas de lumière dans la salle de bain.

Very comfortable, nice bar area. Friendly staff. Great garage and inexpensive EV charging on site.

No restaurant but lovely options nearby.

Spa was good - loved the 'ice room' Breakfast was good

We chose the hotel because it had a spa. We asked whether we could book the spa 2 days in advance and told them when we would like it for but then when we arrived they informed us we had to book on arrival and the only time available was much later than we wanted. This seems very unfair for those who pay for the hotel well in advance, 'book' the spa but turn up after others who have not booked it in advance. Same for the hotel's own parking - its first-come, first-served, even though we told them a couple of days in advance when we were arriving.
