Proche des transports , à 30 minutes environ porte à porte de la gare centrale de Stockholm, et proche de supermarchés
Le petit déjeuner est agréable
Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien décorées
La propreté est à revoir entièrement :
- j’ai séjourné 4 nuits, le ménage n’a jamais été fait, les poubelles non sorties pendant 4 jours
- il y’avait des déchets de nourriture dans l’ascenseur pendant 3 jours qui sentaient mauvais, personne ne les a enlevé. C’était toujours là quand je suis partie
- le sol de la salle à manger etait collant de saleté à certains endroits
Autre point inadmissible : ça n’était pas de vrais matelas juste un mini matelas de 5 cm posé sur le sommier instable, je passais la nuit à le remettre ainsi que les draps en place.C’est comme dormir directement sur le sommier. Je n’ai jamais vu ça ni dans cette gamme d’hôtel ni même dans des hôtels moins chers.
L’entretien est à revoir : première chambre affectée au rez de chaussée sur rue avec porte fenêtre qui ne fermait pas. Après réclamation changement de chambre mais l’eau de la douche est tiède pas chaude mais je n’ai pas fait de réclamation pour pas passer mon séjour à changer de chambres.
