Spin the wheel at reception was a fabulous idea. We were grateful to win breakfast for the family, and it did not disappoint.
The staff on reception and the bar were fabulous, welcoming and knowledgable.
Swimming pool filtration system meant that the pool wasn't open.

Fantastic location, very close to the E40 but lovely surroundings. Great facilities for kids (playroom, outdoor play area, plenty of green space). You can tell the property used to be a Novotel but the layout is good. Incredibly friendly staff and the ‘spin the wheel for a prize’ game at check in was a lovely touch. Electric vehicle charging was good too.
The outdoor play area is a little tired, but still functional. Otherwise there is very little not to like

Lovely to have the park facilities for the children and the games room, perfect to keep them entertained, they loved the trampoline and swings.
Great selection at breakfast, something for everyone. Staff we encountered were very friendly! Would stay here again.
The pool wasn’t open. We arrived at the hotel at 6 but the pool was closed, it said open hours 9-21, so that was a shame.

The staff are a credit to the business. I can’t remember names, but the barman and the receptionist were very friendly and helpful
My room was a bit dated and not fully clean
