Nice family vacation

Comfort, big room, very clean... free beach towels, near to the Nisy beach and main street. Very nice staff and entertainment for the kids...

.. not on the beach ... didn't like the pool area

Passable

Breakfast was really tasty and there was large selection of food. We had a nice view from our room.

The woman on the reception was nice and that's it. She confused our room with another. We opened our room and saw a guy in it. There aren't socket adapters and USB-hole were broken. The fridge was empty.

Very disappointing and not worth the money.

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the middle between the city center and the main beaches. The pool was nice and we like it’s facilities. The breakfast was diverse.

We arrived late at night and were disappointed to find a very small, side room, right next to a staff loud elevator. The room looked nothing like the pictures in the website and had a very poor view, next to some AC engines. The bed was very small for two people, the pillows were uncomfortable and we didn’t had a blanket at all. The shower was also pretty small. We had to wake up to the sounds of the staff shouting near our room were the elevator was. The next day, we arrived after a long, exhausting day and found out that we had a leak from the ceiling right above the bed. When the maintenance guy (that was very nice) arrived, he said we got a very small room, very unlike the other rooms at the hotel, and suggested we move immediately. When I called reception they just told us to wait. Eventually we went down to the lobby and they said they upgraded us to a big room with a sea view. When we entered the room, we just understood that this was the room we should have gotten in the beginning, but unfortunately got just when we were already in the middle of our vacation. The view wasn’t really a sea view, but just a view to some field, where the sea was very distant and almost unseen. Since the moment we switched rooms, the elevator stopped working and the room was on the third floor. Every time we wanted to go up or down, we had to use the stairs, which didn’t have any air conditioning at all. Also, there were alternate electricity problems, which meant we had no AC in the room, and the temperature was 35 degrees. The smell in our bathroom was very bad, and supposedly came from the ventilaton system. When we asked at first to checkout a little later, they said it will probably be possible, but when we were actually going to do that, they wanted to charge 40 euros. Eventually, decided to just leave our bags at the luggage room, when we later discovered was full of cockroaches that fell on us from the ceiling and climbed on our legs and bags. We had a very bad time there

There was some problem with our room so they put us to the neighbour hotel for 2 night( half of our holiday) which was cheaper, smaller, uglier than Christofinia. We did not accept the room. They could give us a room in christofinia, which was a ground floor room, with a small window to a closed patio. The food was not good, the best was onion rings and fish fingers. The restaurant is crowded and dirty. They serve the drinks in plastic glasses. And the dessert with tiny plastic coffe spoons. We felt very uncomfortable, unsatisfied and very disappointed so we have left the hotel and Cyprus after 2 days. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody. I enclose photos. The second one with the red circle is the window of our room.

Overall it was a lovely hotel , lovely food and pool and close enough for supermarket or bakery...

Breakfast u have a large fresh variety, food at pool was exceptional, fresh and tasty.The pool and bedrooms was so clean and bedcovers. The one thing I absolutely loved was as u walked into the lobby they had a lovely sented air freshener which gave you a sense of freshness and cleanliness and fantastic parking at the back of the building, should consider putting large trees for shade because the cars really heat up

I had booked online for a double bed with side sea view, the only view I had was the roof tops and side of the parking. Receptionist kindly offered another room in the morning and apparently was going to leave a notice for the next day which didn't happen the next receptionist in the morning had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. And had an offish attitude. Although she said to go back within the hour ...I didn't, I wasn't going to waste my holiday coming going and arguing about petty things .

Fine but wouldn’t choose it again

The hotel is very conveniently located and the rooms are big. There is a pool area and a decent breakfast.

-The balcony door to our room was not closing and the staff didn’t seem to be concerned about it - it was very noisy from the hallways and other rooms , people getting drunk to their rooms in the middle of the night

Bed was comfortable, swimming pool enjoyable and location - 5 min by foot from Nissi beach

Staff was unfavorable, breakfast poor and room wasn't properly cleaned

A quick visit to Agia Napa

The pool area was very nice, nice big balcony, Breakfast wasn't bad. Great location for what we needed just for a 1 night stay.

Shame we got the old room that didn't have the nice new bathrooms. Also no tea and coffee facilities in the room. .

it was very friendly on arrival I had only booked the same day so my room wasn’t quite ready so a male manager showed me to the bar where I was offered complimentary drinks which I thought was very kind

Perfect hotel

Stayed for 10 days with kids. Hotel was very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. There is a small shop inside hotel for snacks, water and souvenirs. Pool was amazing and good for kids also. Ask for towel to take to poolside. Had B&B but also sometimes we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. Food was very good and lots of variety. Breakfast was very versatile also. Small gym good for cardio. This hotel is in a good area very close to Nissi Beach just like 3 min walk. A bakery is close to the hotel. Good and safe hotel to go with kids. We got to keep room until evening so that we can still relax before our flight. Would recommend to everyone traveling to agia napa.

Pleasant

The hotel is clean and tidy.

Christof the hotel manager is incredibly rude and he made the stay feel uncomfortable. I almost didn’t want to go to the bar when he was there due knowing that he would be annoyed with you for asking for a drink. He grunted and shouted at me on more than one occasion. obviously he has some sense of superiority that he would mean he shouldn’t be serving the paying guests.
