The hotel staff was exceptional - from reception to restaurant staff and the hotel location is great for exploring the city simply by walking around.
The hotel is worn out - the shower head was not properly secured and water was leaking/spraying everywhere, the holders for toilet paper didn't stay in place and the toilet paper was falling from it to the ground and also the room was very cold the first night.
