Location was good as it was close to nice restaurants and shopping.
Our check-in was HORRIBLE. After a 12-hour flight, we stood at the front counter for over forty minutes, even though we had a confirmed booking. The woman trainee said that they were on the process of changing their system, so that’s why it was taking so long. Please just give us our key and let us go to bed!!! We were absolutely exhausted and found that to be very frustrating and irritating. Fortunately, the front desk staff was much better the next morning and very helpful. Still left a bad taste in our mouths for the price.
