The property was exactly what it says it was, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, helpful front desk.
We didn't use the restaurant but plenty of parking and a kids areas, the view over to ocean and rock of Gibraltar was amazing and the ppol looked great although we didn't use it.
Maybe a little tired in some parts of the property, for example paint pealing around our door but internally was great.

The property looked a bit dated on the outside and could do with a refresh but inside the apartment was great. Really spacious, modern and clean. Fabulous size for a family with 2 bathrooms (hot water) and great living area, kitchenette and balcony. The facilities are great with 2 pools, buffet dinner was good value for money, bingo and other activities for children, plenty to keep busy. Local area very nice too - a car is highly recommended. We visited Gibraltar, which was a great day out.
We had guests staying above us who were extremely noisy into the early hours of the morning. You could hear every footstep and furniture being dragged, so recommend staying on the top floor! Was difficult to reach reception by phone, the line kept going dead.

We had to book here on very short notice and they were able to accommodate us. They use a self check-in system which worked in the end, but we had to stay on the phone with their support to get in. The accommodation well exceeded expectations, I would recommend it any time. You will need a car to stay at this resort though.
The check-in system is not very intuitive, so they could have provided more details via e-mail or whatsapp, I guess. But other than that, everything was great.
