Nice hotel in the center of Palnga and still it is not much loud from the street. Perfect location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice and cosy restaurant in the hotel.
The biggest disappointment was breakfast. There wasn’t enought food for everybody. There were most of the time empty dishes. Also the variety of the good was rather poor.

Breakfast was good and versatile. SPA was small, in the pictures it looked bigger but anyway it was nice and cosy. Also the location was perfect, so close to pedestrian street and mole and lot's of good restaurants.
Bathroom could be bigger. The toilet was in so narrow place that it was hard to sit on it.

Everything is really old, havent seen such old tv’s in 15 years, bed frame is too high for matrace, when you sit on bed you hit your legs. Spa zone even misses some tiles near door in one of the saunas. Only 2 spa loungers in whole spa zone. Person loudly speaking with phone in spa. One of receptionists was rude, feels like she didnt want to be there and why we are coming to her, tried earlier check in person was almost surprised like it’s something extra ordinary, didn’t offer neither to sit somewhere, not even a glass of water, basically go sit in your car and wait, although next day new receptionist was nice.
