Staff are kind and helpful. Plenty of facilities compared to other hotels in the area. Good food, lots of options. Cosy rooms with interesting layout. Very soft beds.
Ski room is basic and lacked boot drying facilities (floor also slippery... I slid and hurt my wrist). Pool area wasn't so clean, even first thing in the morning.

A beautiful hotel with a fantastic spa area. What really stood out for us was the exceptionally friendly and helpful team at reception and in service. We felt genuinely welcome and would absolutely consider coming back – next time for a few more nights.
Unfortunately, the restaurant experience does not match the quality of the hotel. The dinner was a major disappointment. We like Austrian Food and what was served on dithering Austrian Food Theme Buffet was the worst food I ever had in Austria.
Breakfast was much better and you can clearly see that a lot of effort goes into the buffet. That makes it even more disappointing that no fresh bread or rolls were served.
This is such a shame because the issue feels very fixable, but food is an essential part of a holiday experience. We really hope the restaurant management takes the feedback seriously. We wish the entire team every success in improving this part of the hotel. It destroys the positive vibe from the hotel if you can’t get the quality of your F&B up to a equal standard.
