Right in the town. Room was big, with a nice new shower room, spotlessly clean.
We think you are doing everything just right. And as I am a disabled driver, thank you for reserving a space in your car park for me. It was a nice touch to receive a Wedding Anniversary card from you all, it was a lovely gesture. We will definitely be staying with you again when we next visit our family in Barnstaple.
Nothing not to not like.

Lift wasn’t working and we were on the third floor in an airless shoe box despite the fan.
All of The Above and Barnstaple looks like it’s on its last legs, a barren high st, grubby and Graffitied.
