Spacious motel style unit with kitchenette- quiet location, lower side of a waterpark - easy walk into town centre (400m?) for dinner. Very dated, but freshly painted & clean inside; had everything we needed for 1 night & would be happy to stay again

Outside of the apartment plooked a little tired but this is a minor issue.

The place is not up to par with the picture.

After having read many strange reviews of this place - let me start by saying this. If you are looking for five star accomodation with all the bells and whistles, this isn’t for you. if you’re looking for a great family holiday, that’s close to the beach, has access to a great pool, has plenty of bars, restaurants, fresh food markets and walking trails nearby - then this is your place. This is the sort of place I love staying at on holidays. Its got a bit of charm. It’s not sparkling new (I find that boring). The staff are fantastic. The pool and pool cafe are great. The markets across the road are great. The bus out the front goes to Sintra in 30 minutes. What’s not to love?

Honestly - there’s nothing worth writing here that would impact your trip. I’d rather communicate these things directly to the hotel itself so they can make the changes. There’s no need to be negative for the sake of it.

The location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The place was a little run down. It cost 150 Euros a night and didn't live up to the pictures.

Close to the beach and other amenities, free and secure parking. Clean room with all you need to spend your holidays. Tidy gardens around, would be nice in summer when all pools will be full

Cleaned daily, the apartment was spacious, it was very quiet and peaceful, the staff were very helpful despite the language barrier, beautiful beach view from the balcony and located in a quaint friendly little tow

Door to the apartment was very tricky to open and I had to keep asking someone for help with the door. Bed wasn’t too comfy as it needed a new mattress but I still slept very well

I didn't Like nothing there because when i reached there recipation lady did with me bad things she talked with me rude and she want saw my identification than j saw to her she make photo copy of my documents when I asked to her why u need she said because you are immigrant she talked with me bad I didn't like nothing there she put me down front of girl who are with me she make my image t like criminal front of my girl friend

I loved everything about this place. I want to come back in the summer to see what it's like. The staff was so incredibly nice! The area was in a small quiet zone. The offer access to the pool but it was very cold the night we stayed. The beach was right next to us. We had breakfast in the balcony and we enjoyed the view and breeze of the beach. They have a parking lot and you got to your apartment by foot - but it's very close. The apartment is great. Think of it like a small studio with a balcony. They have the stretch chair where you can tan during the day (ideally in the summer). We made dinner (they also have pots and pans, kitchen things). I honestly cannot complain. I loved everything about this place.

That the end of my trip was over and I had to go back home.

This apartment complex is a deteriorated affair. Besides the massive swimming pools and the close location to the beach, we can’t think of anything positive to say about the complex. At the entrance there’s a rotten stench. The last time the rooms received some love must have been in the 1980’s. The floors were feel filthy under your feet, paint is coming off everywhere in the apartment, the furniture is from decades before IKEA was invented, the doors jam, the bathroom is the size of a stamp and is dirty, the shower doesn’t drain properly, ants are everywhere (it’s nice there’s a kitchen but not when ants eat your food before you have the chance to…), the springs of the sofa pierce your sitting bones, the TV is ancient, the WiFi connection is terrible, the fridge doesn’t close properly, the mattresses are totally worn out and bend like a banana, and the kitchen furniture is extremely uncomfortable as the stools are made for children butts, not adults. And I could go on for a while. The photos on booking.com may physically be correct, but they don’t show the old mess this place is. This place either needs a major overhaul or it needs to be abandoned and demolished. But to ask just under 100€ a night in Portugal for this sad place is nothing short of theft.

The location is great and the pools are excellent.

The rooms are getting a bit old.
