Excellent location, as others have mentioned, tram right across the road was extremely convenient, Woolworths within easy walking distance, along with the facilities provided on site.
Superior room was dated considering it's classified as being the better room, carpets extremely dirty & we ended up with black feet if we weren't wearing socks - carpets desperately need a thorough clean. Internet did not work at all.

We always love staying at turtle beach resort. As a parent it’s great with the splash zone for the kids and mini golf and cinema and games room for the kids.
The only think I’d have to say that lets the score go down is that the bathrooms need to get a renovation. We had shower doors that fall off the hinges when sliding them across and no exhaust fans in any bathrooms.

Great set up for kids
Very dated and they do like to charge for a lot - make the most out of parents having to pay things
