Great location and very friendly staff
It didn’t feel clean. Some of the complimentary toiletries had clearly been used before and there was mould in the case it came in in the bathroom. The towels were old and hardened. Not like the pictures. Very dated.

Location - excellent and staff were great - always with a smile on their faces. We checked in late and the gent who checked us in was super helpful and helped carry luggage upstairs to the 2nd floor which was a bonus. Room was comfortable too and breakfast was good.

The location was great, it was near everything we wanted to do and felt safe.
The towels weren't as replaced as I would have liked them to be replaced.

Location, parking
The stay was pleasant enough for an overnight visit, but overall the experience was more average than the hotel’s photos and presentation would suggest. The pictures give the impression of a modern four-star property, whereas the rooms we were allocated felt somewhat dated and worn. The media/TV system in the room was also not working. There was some confusion around the breakfast included in our booking. It was eventually resolved and breakfast was provided, which we appreciated. With some updating to the rooms and a little more attention to the guest experience, I think the hotel could be considerably better.
