Malgré notre passage éclair d'une seule nuit; de la reception ( Lilas, Marjorie ) en passant par l'animation, le cocktail de bienvenue ( Charlotte), la restaurant au petit déjeuner nous avons été super bien accueilli. Un accueil chaleureux et une écoute sont les qualités principales que je citerai sur l'équipe. L’établissement est tout a fait adapté aux famille avec enfant.
Petit clin d'œil à notre veilleur de nuit Pierre que nous n'avons pas vu cette fois-ci mais on reviendra c'est sûr.

Our stay was wonderful with Horizons du lac!
Plenty of activities/nice location/very clean and comfortable rooms ❤️
All the staff was very kind and helpful!
We only had problem with the food unfortunately there wasn't any vegetables scrambled eggs, fried egg, sausage (apart from boiled egg) mostly just sweet stuff which weren't prefer fir breakfast.
The dinner wasn't so good either most of the stuff was tasteless for us!!!
Overall I would definitely recommend to everyone ig they would change the menu at breakfast and put more taste to the dinner it would be an amazing hotel with no fault ❤️❤️❤️

Le personnel est super.
Les infrastructures sont très bien
La situation est très bonne
L’alimentation : petit déjeuner moyen, dîner pitoyable,
Que du decongelé, avec un choix limité entre 2 plats, décongèles
Desserts immondes, hors les glaces.
La barmaid assure, et les tarifs sont honnêtes
La propreté des chambres est très approximative (dessous de lits immondes, douche pleine de cheveux, comme la piscine).
À savoir, les menus sont les mêmes pour chaque semaine…
