Spotlessly clean. Very fresh new feel to the flat. Exactly as shown. Great shower pressure. Comfy bed. Air con, ceiling and other fans. Quiet street. Plenty of utensil etc in the kitchen.
Earlier check in was appreciated.
5 minutes walk to town centre with plenty of restaurants and 5 minutes walk to the beach if the public stairs are open or 10 minutes through town centre. The stairs to the beach were closed during our visit.
Beautiful street.
The stairs up to the flat are very steep which was ok for us but if you have a large suitcase or not very agile please factor this in.
Not a complaint as I would stay here again. Just mentioning.

La posizione è nella città vecchia, accessibile solo a piedi e facendo poi alcune rampe di scale. Anche l'accesso all'appartamento è attraverso ripide e scomode scale, ammiro davvero chi abita in quell'abitazione.
La proprietaria non l'abbiamo mai incontrata di persona, ma è sempre stata molto disponibile.
L'appartamento è piccolo e carino, purtroppo il WC è separato dal bagno dove ci sono doccia e lavandino, quindi è risultato un po' scomodo perché per lavarsi le mani bisogna attraversare il salotto e la camera.
Letti confortevoli.
Accesso scomodo con le valige attraverso scale molto ripide e con scalini di misura scomoda.
Sul ventilatore e stipiti delle porte c'era un po' di vecchia polvere accumulata, per il resto era pulito.
WC situato in uno stanzino separato dal resto del bagno, se si è in gruppo si disturba chi dorme nel salotto per accedervi.
La stanza dove c'è la doccia e il lavandino non è finestrata e la ventola non funzionava, quindi si accumulava umido.

Anyósoméknak foglaltam a szállást, egy hetet töltöttek itt el. Cécile-el én kommunikáltam már az érkezés előtt, érkezéskor és távozáskor is, Cécile végtelen rugalmas és segítőkész volt, a lakás előtt várta a családot, mindenben segített. Az apartman természetesen olyan mint a képeken, mindennel felszerelt. A kispárnák kemények voltak, de ez nem von le semmit a pontszámból, ez egyéni kényelmi típus, ki milyet szeret. Az apartmanhoz közel számos étterem van, bolt is 6-7 perc sétára található. A strandok is 5-6 perc kényelmes sétára vannak. Monaco, Éze, Nizza, Cannes, mind vonattal megközelíthetőek, a vonatállomás is negyedóra távolságra van. Mentonban csak és kizárólag Cécile-nél fogunk szállást foglalni. Köszönünk mindent, Cécile.

Ambienti puliti e nuovi, non trovate tovagliette o runner su cui appoggiare i piatti.
Il parcheggio è un costo aggiuntivo e distante .Nell annuncio e nei filtri su Booking l alloggio appare con parcheggio. Modificherei questo aspetto così come riportato e’ fuorviante. Luogo scomodo per chi ha bagagli ( scale irte e non facilmente raggiungibile).
