The buffet breakfast and evening dinner are good. The hotel has excellent parking for motorbikes. Rooms are comfortable. The outside seating area is nice when the sun is shining
More coffee options at breakfast. There was a lot of food left over at the end of the buffet dinner and I hope it was not all thrown away. Location slightly out of town was a little inconvenient, but the parking at the hotel made up for that.

The property is walking distance to the bike park, the reason why myself and my 14 year old son travelled to the area. The indoor pool was used a few times, which was nice addition. Clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is approx. 2km+ from the centre, making it a taxi journey, at 15 euro each way. We chose to eat out each night with a 14 year old, he didn’t like the buffet choice which was the only option on an evening at the hotel.

A nice hotel with a good location close to atractions just outside Winterberg.
Maybe it is intentional a hotel management decision, but a fridge and the coffee/ tea making facilities in the room would have been great for the moments when i just did not feel going to the bar for a coffee. Breakfast and dinner could get some improvement, too.
