Nestled in Pacific Beach, this charming house for $175 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Be one of the first to stay in this brand-new guest house! This property is very spacious and bright with natural light. Located in Pacific Beach, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house comes with its own entrance and parking space (for 1 vehicle). This open layout is complete with a full-size kitchen, fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a meal. Enjoy lunch at the dining table with seating for 4 people (3 adults max) or relax on the leather couch that also opens up to be a queen size bed. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the bathroom has a large walk-in shower. There are ceiling fans in both rooms and with all the windows open you can really enjoy the summer breeze on those warm summer nights. This property is located in a very family friendly, QUIET neighborhood, close to the 5 freeway and just a few blocks from the action of the Pacific Beach nightlife. You are close to Sea World, San Deigo Zoo, Balboa Park, Mission Bay and of course the beach! Please Note: Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding noise that disturbs neighbors, over occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Loved your rental, beautiful, clean and bed very comfortable! We appreciate the detailed instructiions, thanks! Also, less than 2 miles to beach and lots of restaurants and shops! We have a suggestion. Adding a grab bar in the shower and a small 3 drawer dresser would make your rental 110%. Thanks for a great stay

From check in to checkout nothing more simple and private. Very nice neighborhood. Quite and safe. Cannot say enough good about my stay. Ready to book again for next time. Very nice place. This property is as described - I’ll stay here again the next time I’m in town visiting family. Shower drain was a little slow but that was the only issue. Property is within walking distance of coffee, restaurants, a grocery store etc. It’s quiet and has a neighborhood vibe.

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were just right and the location was ideal for visiting family a few blocks away. We never figured out how to use the TV but it was not a big issue. We would reserve again!

Loved this property. Location was excellent. The parking spot is a blessing. The unit is well appointed. Everything in the apt is in good condition. It’s a studio built over a detached parking garage. It is well lit at night but it has a flight of stairs so not for anyone that has mobility issues. We don’t but my husband got injured skating so he struggled up the stairs for a couple days. This is just a heads up. The apt is fantastic nonetheless. One little caveat is although it has a fully equipped kitchen there is no dishwasher. Washing dishes on vacation?hate it! So, no dishwasher was a bit of a bummer but in no way a dealbreaker. Just another heads up for the next fortunate visitor.

Loved the convenience of this property -- an easy walk to our favorite restaurant (the Pacific Beach Fish Shop) & grocery stores and an easy drive to our daily activities. Would have loved a little outdoor space but at least what there was had a view of the SeaWorld fireworks show! Kitchen was well equipped and the shower was great. A laundromat a couple blocks away served in that department. It was small but we'd stay again for sure!

The property was very clean and appeared to be recently renovated. I arrived very late at night and had no problems finding the place or getting in. It was a perfect location for me as it was just a few blocks away from the house where my son and his family live so it was super convenient. I would stay here again for sure.

I really was impressed with how clean and well set-up this apt. was. Megan the contact person was really accommodating and kind. This apt. was in a quite neighborhood and close to everything. Was so convenient to have a designated parking spot. Even though you need to drive to the beach it is well worth the trade off of a quiet, clean & safe place. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Unit is upstairs so be sure to take that into consideration. I would definitely book this unit again. Pictures on website are spot on. Bathroom was large.

Property was great and loved the designated parking spot. Finding the property was a bit of a challenge at first. Checking in and out was never actually done correctly. We had to call and ultimately text the rental company for access. Very poor communication for check in and check out.
