Better than expected standard, very friendly and helpful staff, nice home-cooked flammkuchen, clean and comfortable rooms and bathroom. Tram stop outside.
Parking was a little awkward but the hotel sent instructions, and the self-service check-in was a bit confusing, but there's a cafe next door which can check you in.

Very nice receptionist, very friendly and helpful. I booked the "two separate beds" room. The room itself is okay, large enough to walk around as 2 persons, but the bathroom is pretty small, hard to move around. The hotel is just near the tram line. There are 2 lines and they depart approximately every 5 minutes in weekdays, that can take you to the metro lines, these metro lines can be used to go to any place fast in Berlin. I highly recommend letting your car stay at this hotel and using public transport to go anywhere fast in the city. NOTE: You must book a parking slot beforehand hand writing to the hotel.
There was no mini fridge to keep cold drinks. Most hotels have at least a mini fridge to keep things cold. Of course, we knew about it already when we booked. But in my opinion, a "Hotel" should have a mini fridge. If you are unlucky to get a room with a window towards the tram and the road. Be ready to use ear plugs when wanting to sleep if you sleep with open window. In winter months i believe you can sleep with closed window and you wont experinece this problem.
