Breakfast was ok. Maybe a little bit more of hot food options. The location was great, though it is a little confusing where the main entrance is, you have to go near the river/creek, it is a little difficult to know especially when you arrived at night the first time.
Needed the key to lock the door even when you're inside the room.

We just like the place, were there last year for the FIFALP Filmfest... and breakfast is great too.... and minigolf is an extra diversion.
The place is great. Staff very friendly and helpful.
the first room we were assigned, but then we ago a better one.
We were not told how to get into the hotel after dark, when the reception staff is gone... fortunately there was another guest with the same predicament close to midnight in front of the door. She had an emergency number to call, and got a special code so that we all could get it.

nice hotel. clean, comfortable. good breakfast. table tennis and table football. excellent location, very close to ski lift.
slightly dated decor, but I don't mind that.

Mediocre breakfast, coffee was pretty bad
The only real quality of the hotel is the location: Walking distance to the Diablerets cable car
This hotel needs an upgrade, it must have been decades since there was any meaningful maintenance done.
Very hard beds
Room, bathroom, restaurant, the whole place needs to be brought into the 21st century
