They gave our room away and sent us to a $48 dollar hotel in bad area, bugs in bed, no TV, people screaming all night! Charged me $310.00 I want my money back!!!

Easy access to things and right off the freeway
Loud beds that were very uncomfortable also the balcony view was of a storage room/empty pool

No breakfast. Traffic noise. Bedding was outdated and dirty. Stunk like smoke. Kitchen sink made it hard to brush teeth within reach. Tub was rusty. Neighbors dog barked all night. Homeless people everywhere

They charged me for a deposit and then refuse to return my deposit upon my departure.

During check in: Front desk staff was rude and was on a video call with his SO making the checking uncomfortable.
Check in took too long due to staff being busy with his video call.
Other potential patrons left due to inattentive staff. Rude, low charisma individual.
The front desk staff gave the impression he was being bother and he was doing me a favor by checking me in.

The beds were extremally uncomfortable and the metal base of the bed was unusually high. Any movement of the mattress caused the metal base make too much noise. Height of mattress metal base to high for a person in a wheelchair.

Said online they had breakfast. They didnt... the night man took my deposit and said they would charge me 10 dollars for a pet fee. The guy in the morning charged me 15.. the hair dryer didn't work at all. Asked for a new one, and nobody ever brought one. The room was not the cleanest was a dirty fork on the floor next to the bed.. amd bathroom needs a good deep cleaning and recaulking... whole place could use some work, and freshening up..

I mean there was a gate, but it wasn’t used
that my bathroom started leaking from the ceiling and there wasn’t good camera coverage.

Room was disgustingly dirty. Our feet were black after walking across the room after a shower. Mold under sink. Mostly uncaring staff.

I really enjoyed the front staff. Angie was great when i checked in as she made feel welcomed and met all my needs i requested for my stay. They have on site security patrolling the premises and appears the officer is alert.
There really isnt much not to like. Our room was very spacious with fridge and microwave.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and easily accessible. The lady in the front who checked me in was very nice along with the lady that checked me out. Both check in and check out was quick. The housekeeper was very helpful and nice. very easy access from the 40, we got off got our room and the next day jumped right back on. I would definitely stay again if I was in town. For someone who is a light sleeper, they may not like that the freeway is right behind the hotel, but I can sleep through almost anything so it was no bother to me.

Security.
We are surprised with the price for this room. Paying over $100 per night, we expected some, at least descent, quality. We did not know how wrong we were.

Not there problem but it was on central and tramway lots of racers lol but nothing to make you feel uncomfortable.

Bed was comfortable.
No mirrors in the room. No towels were in the room. Fire alarm went off at 6 am for 15 mins or so. Noone at front desk to answer.

I liked that I didn't pay too much.
This was the cheapest place I could find.
It stunk of cigarette smoke, and had burn marks on the sheets, even though it was explicitly a no smoking room. Actually, it's supposed to be a no smoking hotel.
I saw 2 dead roaches on the wall.
I saw 2 live roaches, which I had to kill.
One of the roaches was actually in my bed.
It was a disgusting place to stay.

It was in a terrible area. There was no place for dogs to go potty. The bedspreads were dirty and had cigarette burns in them even though it was a non smoking room.

They had no toilet paper. The bathroom was dirty. The staff was rude to me and other customers. Bed sheets had cigarette burns.

I was unsatisfied with the service
When I get there it was not enough parking because they put new pavement in half of the parking lot, they want me to park next to them in other hotel and walk back to the room about 2 blocks away.

Not a thing
It had human fiecies on the sidewalk outside my room door. Broken glass left all over the floor in my room. No toilet paper. Burn holes in both blankets on both beds. Will be 50$ deposit ran on your card and held for a substantial amount of time. Was told I had to move my car off the property at 8am because the parking lot was being re paved. A lot of drug use all through the night in the parkingot I should've taken photos but I was so disgusted I only spent about 3 hours in this room and couldn't wait to get put of there.
