Not crowded, no loud music or people, sere classy atmosphere
Maybe the room AC is not cold enough for others due to the type of construction (concrete), but not an issues for us since we don’t like it so “American” cold.

The pools and the beach were beautiful and clean. Staff was friendly, fast, and always able to help. Alcoholic drinks were great and not overly expensive if bought separately.
The ac in the rooms wasn’t functioning or was just very old and barely gave out cold air and it sucks because it’s summer and it gets really hot in the daytime. Also it’s just far from the markets and taxis overcharge so I’d definitely recommend getting an all inclusive package. It’d be much more worth it and the drinks/food is great.

Architecture and location are great, private beach is incredible
Building needs maintenance and some renovations, sewer system smells badly. The lock of one room was always failing, it would not read the key card. Replacing key cards was not helping, the door lock was damaged. We had to request assistance at the reception almost daily.
