They had some problems with the sewage and it smell bad for 3 days close to the pool.

The view from our 12th floor room was beautiful. Very clean pool areas and clean beach. Stuff members were all so welcoming and helpful. We were walking distance from a convenience store and lots of restaurants..area felt safe.

people were very nice.
First day of arrival was very disappointing and after arriving late and tired I had to stay longer trying to set everything in the room. There were no covers and on top of this I waited 40 minutes for them. The phone was not working to call the reception so I had to keep going down for whatever I needed. The TV was not working and the remove control had not batteries. I was not a good arrival at all.
