The location was fabulous and the staff were incredibly helpful. The shower was also a good shower, clean and always hot water. They were also attentive to additional needs such as extra pillows and blankets. The room temperature was easily adjustable as well. The size of the room was also large allowing plenty of room for us.
The room was very very minimal. They could make it better with easy add-on such as mirrors in the room as well as waste baskets in the room not only the bathroom.

Excellent location in front the Obelisco and next to Corriente.
Spacious room with window.
Poor Wi-Fi
Only 2 elevators with 3 person capacity (one morning they were out service)
Breakfast it’s the same everyday (boring)
A/C wasn’t working in full capacity
Just 1 key per room
Have to ask for the hair dryer at the reception
1 toilet paper per day
