Location, very nice and panoramic.Reception staff welcoming, helpful, friendly and supportive. Comfortable and clean room. Cold Buffet food and buffet breakfast really good,
Some food service staff not very attentive, sometimes not responding appropriate to guests. Evening hot food menu not to standard, room missing USB wall sockets connection. Car parking not enough spaces or adequate ground surface.

Clean, modern and perfectly located on the lake. Lovely having separate pools. Breakfast was amazing.
Dinner choice not great. Would not recommend half board only bed and breakfast.

Excellent location! Super friendly staff! Especially Gabino at the panorama bar and Anastasia, Cristian and follow at the restaurant buffet and Alex at the front desk. Service amazing! View and beach also exceptional! Breakfast is exceptional as well - super delicious! Staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are well attended.
That there are NO ramps for the strollers from the tunnel to the lobby and main area and NO ramps on the steps to the buffet. Always had to carry stroller. This small
Investment would make a huge change for families with children! Also, air conditioning took three days and three visits to fix before it finally worked properly but then it was fine. A la carte restaurant should also start at 7 like buffet especially for families with kids that half hour earlier is crucial. Dinner quality is not as good as breakfast quality.

The location was good, the outside space & swimming pools were good & most of the staff were polite & helpful.
The rooms were the smallest on the floor we were on & not what we had paid for. Mine in particular was more like a broom cupboard. The cups were plastic! We complained & weren’t given a satisfactory explanation.
The breakfast was one of the worst I have ever had, the restaurant was more like a canteen, ill equipped & some of the staff were extremely rude & unhelpful.
This was not a 4 star hotel!
