Interactions with the staff from beginning to end, especially the front desk exceptional. People were very friendly and helpful.
Noise in the hallway after for me 11 PM. Kind of wakes you up. Not sure it’s people coming in. Sounds more like some type of staff doing something. But not a deal breaker at all.

Very nice and clean hotel on the perfect spot in the middle of the town. Very nice and service minded staff and there is a beautiful garden surroundings and there is good parking.

Location with parking and walking distance to the main town is very good. The property and gardens are beautiful. Staff are lovely and the rooms are very clean. The hotel is quiet and has beautiful views of Arpino and the Civitavecchia.
Would love it if the hotel provided more hot food breakfast choices beyond boiled eggs and deli meats. For example, fried eggs, omelettes, or full English breakfast would be great! There were beautiful Italian pastries but we had gluten and dairy allergies in our party and would be nice to have some options besides packaged (supermarket bought) cookies and breads.
