A mature male receptionist made us feel very welcome.
Others less so. Nice room in the annexe. Well appointed with tall ceiling & effective Aircon.
Various art pieces are plentiful & engaging.
This is a premium hotel but the breakfast is mediocre.Buffet style with mixed offer of tepid warm servery of bacon+ish, scrambled egg-ish or hard boiled eggs. Wide cold choice. Id like to see info saying what's Italian or made locally.
If you don't get in early , very little gets refreshed or made over . Who wants scrambled egg that's 2hrs stale?
It's all very pretty in presentation & surroundings but food choice doesn't feel special enough €25 extra charge.

It was brilliantly located right next to the main gates to the campsite. We hired bikes (from the place over the road) and they made getting around the site very easy. Breakfast was really nice and the pool is gorgeous. Lovely retreat after the busyness of the water slides. It was very hot when we were there and I’m so glad we were in air conditioned rooms rather than a sweaty tent!

Brilliant option for accommodation, it was so clean, breakfast was amazing, pool was fabulous
Most staff were not friendly including the reception and pool attendant. They made us feel unwelcome..the housekeeping staff and pool bar attendant and bar attendant were very nice
