The location was fantastic. The staff amazing. Great hotel service for breakfast and meals. Access was easy and very close to the major attractions.

Location
Breakfast was good overall, although the chef was late. Breakfast started at 7:30, and we sat down at around 7:35. I had very little time because our flight was at 1:00pm, so I was already on quite a tight schedule. Airport far away nearly 100km Unfortunately, we then had to wait approximately half an hour just to be served coffee.
What was particularly disappointing was seeing the chef behind the bar, already eating his own breakfast and drinking coffee around 10–15 minutes before the guests had even been served.
I have worked in private households and hospitality for many years, so perhaps I look at these things slightly differently, but I found that quite unprofessional.
Top floor bathroom very small i mean 1.5-2m2 thats all.

Staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming, they even gave us a packed breakfast because we had to leave early.
The terrace room was extremely cold, very uncomfortable. I wouldnt have chosen this room if more information had been provided at the time of booking. It was a very poor choice for a room in winter, the insulation isnt good enough.
